Data Center Service Providers
Enterprise clients are realizing the benefits of outsourcing a portion, if not all of their data processing requirements to Colocation and/or Managed Service providers. These service providers meet the demands of their clients by offering extremely robust data centers with redundant, fault tolerant and concurrently maintainable MEP infrastructures. Our commissioning team has commissioned data centers for several of the largest regional, national and global REITs, co-location and managed service providers.
Some of our experience includes:
CyrusOne Loudoun Tech Center
PI provided commissioning services for an enterprise-class multi-tenant data center for CyrusOne. The project included 30,000 sf raised floor with supporting mechanical, electrical, communications, and fire protection. It featured an initial build out of a 6MW critical load, including 500-ton air cooled chillers, 200-ton CRAH units, static UPS modules (8-750 KVA), and associated STS/PDU lineups (24-375KVA). When including a dedicated 2.25MW diesel generator, it provides multiple configurations (N, 2N, or a combination).
QTS, Bull Run Data Center
PI provided 3rd party commissioning services for this live data center within the 1.3m sf QTS Richmond Campus which contains multiple data center buildings and Class A office space.
QTS, Dallas Data Center
PI provided 3rd party commissioning services for this state-of-the-art 700,000sf facility located on a 40-acre campus with the ability to double the footprint. The project consists of 230,000sf of raised floor with dedicated halls ranging from 25,000sf to 30,000sf with column-free uninterrupted space.
