Marketing Assistant
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Assistant is to provide support to the marketing department.
Duties include the following:

Proposal preparation, including, coordinating all deliverables with marketing manager.

Analyzes RFP requirements to ensure compliance; coordinates sub-consultant information and team quality control reviews; and oversees or develops submittal layout, production, and final delivery/distribution.

Updates and maintains marketing collateral, such as brochures, qualifications packages, PowerPoint presentations, resumes, cover sheets, and SF 330 Forms.

Edits and creates graphics for marketing use.

Researches project opportunities.

Creates project sheets.
-
Coordinates industry conferences and seminars.

Creates project sheets.
-
Updates and maintains resumes for all professionals.
-
Works in a team atmosphere to support business development efforts.

Organizes meetings, trips, conference calls, and business development.

Researches a variety of topics needed to assist with sales, marketing, and business growth.
